IT Manager

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's information technology systems and operations. Your role will involve developing and implementing strategies to ensure the smooth functioning of our technology infrastructure, as well as managing a team of IT professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's information technology systems
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of hardware and software systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure the security of all company data and networks
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in information technology management
- Experience leading a team of IT professionals
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and security systems
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Location: Herning, Denmark (open to all nationalities)
Salary: $1100/month (negotiable based on experience)
