We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to lead our team in Herning, Denmark. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. Your main goal will be to ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's IT infrastructure
- Manage and maintain all hardware, software and networks
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of all IT equipment
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Ensure data security through regular backups and system updates
- Manage a team of IT professionals and provide training as needed
- Stay updated on new technologies and make recommendations for improvements to current systems

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Extensive knowledge of network administration, cybersecurity, and data protection protocols
- Experience with biometric passport systems is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English (Danish language skills are a plus)

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1800$ per month.
