IT Manager

We are in need of an experienced IT Manager to join our team in Herning. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall information technology operations of our company. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, developing and implementing technology strategies, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our systems.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology strategies to support business objectives
- Manage a team of IT professionals
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems
- Ensure data security and backup protocols are in place
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs
- Budget for and purchase new hardware and software as needed
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and make recommendations for their implementation

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of information technology systems, infrastructure, and operations
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Ability to develop and implement technology strategies aligned with business goals
- Knowledge of data security protocols and disaster recovery procedures
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary: $1600 per month.

Location: Herning (candidates from all nationalities welcome).

Type: Full-time position.
