Job Title: Computer Support Specialist



A reputable IT company in Herning is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Computer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices
- Install and configure new hardware and software as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical problems
- Ensure the security of company data by implementing necessary security measures
- Keep up-to-date with new technology trends in order to provide innovative solutions for clients
- Assist with training new employees on technical procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in technical support or similar role
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software and operating systems
- Customer service oriented with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this full-time position. The ideal candidate should have a valid biometric passport.
