Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist

We are a technology company based in Herning seeking an Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will provide technical support and assistance to our clients and employees. This is a contract position with a starting salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems reported by clients and employees
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Perform system updates and maintenance tasks as needed
- Communicate with clients and employees to gather information and provide solutions
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and processes for future reference

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networks
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Danish (preferred)
- Experience in customer service or technical support is a plus
