Technical Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Herning. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining our computer systems and networks. This is a full-time position that offers a salary of $1200 per month, along with a free visa and ticket for international candidates.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Previous experience in technical support or related role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Customer service oriented with a patient and helpful attitude

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems and applications for clients
- Maintain hardware, software, and network infrastructure for optimal performance
- Communicate with clients to understand their technical needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Document all technical issues and resolutions for future reference
- Stay updated on new technologies and industry developments to continuously improve technical support services
