Job Title: IT Support Specialist



We are a fast-growing company in need of an experienced and dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our team in Herning, Denmark. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees and customers. This position requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for technology.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees and customers via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate to appropriate teams when necessary
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Set up new user accounts and ensure security protocols are in place
- Educate users on basic computer functions and software applications
- Keep accurate records of support requests and resolutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking protocols, hardware troubleshooting, and software applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
