DevOps Developer

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Developer to join our team in Herning. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our company's systems and applications to ensure their high availability, scalability, and reliability. The ideal candidate will have experience in software development, system administration, and automation. This is a remote position without accommodation provided, so we require candidates to have a biometric passport for easy travel.

As a DevOps Developer, you will work closely with our software development team to integrate continuous integration and delivery processes into our development workflow. You will also be responsible for managing and monitoring our cloud infrastructure, implementing security measures, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. Additionally, you will collaborate with our IT team to ensure that all systems are up-to-date and functioning smoothly.

To excel in this role, you must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Excellent communication skills are also essential as you will be working closely with various departments within the company. Previous experience with tools such as Git, Jenkins, Puppet/Chef/Ansible or similar is required.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in software development or systems administration
- Strong knowledge of Linux operating system
- Experience with automation tools such as Puppet/Chef/Ansible or similar
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
- Experience with configuration management tools such as Git or SVN
- Knowledge of scripting languages like Bash or Python
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Salary: The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

Location: This is a remote position based in Herning.
