We are hiring a skilled Data Analyst to join our growing team in Herning, Denmark. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data. You will use your technical skills and knowledge to identify patterns and trends in data to help inform business decisions.

Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and analyze large sets of data
- Develop and maintain databases
- Identify patterns and trends in data
- Create reports and visualizations to present findings
- Collaborate with team members to understand business needs
- Use statistical methods to interpret data
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis
- Monitor data quality and ensure accuracy of results

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large datasets
- Knowledge of SQL databases and programming languages such as Python or R
- Experience with statistical analysis tools (e.g. Excel, SPSS)
- Ability to create visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Familiarity with data visualization techniques such as charts, graphs, and maps
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Familiarity with business operations is a plus
