Senior JAVA Developer

As a Senior JAVA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions using JAVA programming language. You will work closely with our team of developers, project managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and deliver innovative solutions. Additionally, you will actively participate in code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide technical guidance to junior developers. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software development and experience working with JAVA technologies. Key Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing and maintaining software solutions using JAVA programming language
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver innovative solutions
- Participating in code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices are maintained
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely resolutions
- Providing technical guidance to junior developers
- Staying updated on latest developments in JAVA technologies and implementing them in projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a JAVA Developer
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns
- Proficient in Java SE/EE, Spring Framework, Hibernate, JDBC
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript would be an advantage
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
