As a Fullstack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our company's web applications. You will work with a team of developers and collaborate closely with designers to ensure optimal user experience. This role requires expertise in both front-end and back-end development, as well as proficiency in various programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Java.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop user-friendly and responsive web applications
- Collaborate with designers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Continuously improve and optimize existing code base
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in fullstack development
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java (or other programming languages)
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular or React
- Strong understanding of server-side languages like Node.js or PHP
- Familiarity with database management systems (MySQL or MongoDB)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
- Knowledge of user interface design principles
- Good communication skills
