Information Security Analyst


As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for protecting our company's sensitive information and data from cyber threats. You will work closely with our IT team to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities, implement security measures, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential security risks
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for data protection and network security
- Monitor network activity for any suspicious behavior or breaches
- Investigate any reported security incidents and implement corrective actions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies to continuously improve our systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all departments are following proper security protocols
- Train employees on security best practices and raise awareness on potential threats

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience working in information security or a related field
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, etc.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, or PCI DSS
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Location:
This position is based in Herning but remote work options may be available. Relocation assistance may also be provided.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month, plus benefits including healthcare coverage and paid time off.
