Teamlead for Student Accommodation in Herning


We are currently looking for a responsible and organized Teamlead to manage our student accommodation in Herning. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accommodations, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for our students.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a team of staff members, including cleaners and maintenance workers
- Create and implement schedules for staff to ensure proper coverage at all times
- Conduct regular inspections of the accommodations to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
- Address any issues or complaints from students promptly and effectively
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies for the accommodations
- Collaborate with other departments to plan and organize events or activities for students
- Maintain accurate records of occupancy rates, maintenance requests, and other important information
- Provide support to students as needed, including assisting with room assignments and move-in/move-out processes

Requirements:
- Prior experience in a leadership or management role is preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of maintenance tasks (e.g. changing light bulbs, unclogging drains)
- Availability to work evenings or weekends as needed
- Biometric passport or willingness to obtain one is required
