We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Herning, Denmark. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with team members to define project scope and deliverables
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders
- Lead meetings and facilitate discussions to drive progress on projects
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
- Ensure all projects adhere to company policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
