As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing large sets of data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can inform business decisions. You will work with a variety of tools and techniques to collect, clean, and organize data, as well as develop models and algorithms for data analysis. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide actionable recommendations based on your findings.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and clean data from various sources
- Develop and implement models and algorithms for data analysis
- Identify patterns, trends, and insights in large datasets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs
- Communicate findings through visualizations, reports, and presentations
- Continuously monitor and analyze data to identify potential areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in data analytics or related role
- Proficiency in SQL, Python/R or other programming languages used in data analysis
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Experience working with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
