Data Analytics Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic team in Herning, Denmark. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing raw data to identify trends and patterns, creating reports and visualizations to communicate insights, and developing strategies to improve data collection and analysis processes.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize various analytical techniques to interpret complex data sets
- Develop automated methods for data extraction, cleansing, and transformation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business objectives and develop analytics solutions
- Design experiments and conduct statistical analyses to test hypotheses
- Communicate findings through written reports and engaging visualizations
- Continuously monitor data quality and propose improvements to ensure accuracy
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and incorporate new technologies into analytics processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analytics or a related role
- Proficient in SQL, Python or R programming languages
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts and experience with tools such as SPSS or SAS
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Good communication skills with the ability to present technical information in a clear manner
