Freelance Web Designer – Herning, Denmark


We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Freelance Web Designer to join our team in Herning, Denmark. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing and user-friendly websites for our clients. You must have a strong understanding of current design trends, as well as experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. This is a contract position with no accommodation provided, so candidates must have their own visa to work in Denmark.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their website requirements and goals
- Design wireframes and mockups for new websites or website redesigns
- Create website layouts using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Ensure all designs are visually appealing and user-friendly
- Optimize websites for SEO and mobile responsiveness
- Test websites across different browsers and devices for compatibility
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends and techniques

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous website designs
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of SEO principles and mobile responsiveness
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while delivering high-quality work
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients and team members

Salary: 1000$ per project (varies depending on project scope)

Location: Herning, Denmark (this is not a remote position)

Contract type: Project-based (no accommodation provided)
