Part-Time Interpreter (English-Danish)

As a part-time interpreter, you will be responsible for providing accurate and professional interpretation services from English to Danish and vice versa. This role is suitable for individuals with experience in interpreting and a strong understanding of both English and Danish language and culture.

Responsibilities:
- Provide interpretation services for meetings, conferences, events, or other designated situations
- Ensure accurate and effective communication between English and Danish speakers
- Interpret in a clear, concise, and culturally sensitive manner
- Maintain confidentiality and impartiality at all times
- Research relevant terminology to prepare for interpreting assignments
- Act as a cultural mediator when necessary

Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Danish languages
- Experience as an interpreter or in a similar role
- Proficient knowledge of English and Danish language and culture
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends if needed
- Biometric passport preferred but not required

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of $1600 per month. The specific working hours will be discussed during the interview process.

Location:
This position is located in Herning, Denmark. However, remote work may be possible depending on the assignment.
