As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through virtual communication channels such as email, chat, and phone. You will assist clients with their inquiries, provide product information and support, and resolve any issues that may arise. Your goal will be to ensure client satisfaction and build strong relationships.

To excel in this role, you should have strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Danish language skills are a plus), as well as excellent problem-solving abilities. You should also be comfortable working remotely and have experience using virtual communication tools.
