Online Consultant
As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and assistance to customers through online channels. This includes responding to customer inquiries, providing product recommendations, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. You will also be responsible for maintaining a positive and professional relationship with customers, as well as promoting our products and services.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong problem-solving abilities. Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred. A high level of computer literacy is also required, as you will be working primarily through online platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate product information and recommendations
- Resolve any issues or concerns raised by customers
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards customers
- Promote products and services to potential customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred

- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
