Moderator - Contract Position

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Moderator to join our team on a contract basis in Herning, Denmark. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online content to ensure that it meets our company's standards and community guidelines. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor online content, including comments, posts, and reviews
- Review flagged content and make decisions on its appropriateness according to company guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to develop and update community guidelines as needed
- Identify trends or issues within the community and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Moderator or similar role
- Strong understanding of online communities and social media platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Danish proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions
- Detail-oriented with the ability to spot errors or inappropriate content
- Must be available to work on a contract basis in Herning, Denmark

Salary:
The salary for this contract position is 1700$ per month.
