As a Moderator, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive and engaging online community for our company in Herning, Denmark. You will play a crucial role in creating and enforcing community guidelines and policies to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor discussions and interactions within the online community to ensure compliance with company guidelines
- Engage with members to foster a sense of community and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Identify and report any inappropriate or harmful content to senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for growth and engagement within the community
- Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of community guidelines and policies

Requirements:
- Fluent in Danish (written and spoken) with strong communication skills
- Proven experience in moderating online communities or forums
- Understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
- Ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Passion for creating a positive online community

Working Conditions:
