Facade Specialist

As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the installation of facades for various projects in the city. Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Facade Specialist
- Proficiency in biometric passport technology
- Strong understanding of facade design and construction techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with project teams to develop facade designs that meet project requirements
- Review technical drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes and standards
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and installation
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during construction phase
- Stay updated on new technologies, materials, and techniques in facade design
