Tiling Contractor

The Tiling Contractor will be responsible for managing and overseeing all tiling projects in the city of Herning. This includes coordinating with clients, creating project timelines, sourcing materials and equipment, and supervising a team of tilers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in tiling and be able to provide high-quality work within strict deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple tiling projects simultaneously
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Create project timelines and ensure timely completion of all projects
- Source materials and equipment needed for each project
- Supervise a team of tilers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure all work is completed to high quality standards
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any issues that may arise
- Work closely with other contractors and vendors to coordinate project details
- Maintain accurate records of project expenses and submit invoices to clients promptly

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tiler or Tiling Contractor
- Extensive knowledge of different tiling techniques, materials, and tools
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to read blueprints and create accurate estimates for projects
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to provide own tools or equipment if needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on commercial or large-scale residential projects
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations related to tiling
- Fluent in Danish or English

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Herning, Denmark (accommodation provided if needed)

Contract Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
