Junior Plasterer
As a Junior Plasterer, you will be responsible for assisting in the installation and repair of plaster walls and ceilings in residential and commercial buildings. You will work under the supervision of an experienced Plasterer, learning the techniques and skills necessary to become a skilled professional. This is an entry-level position, perfect for someone with no prior experience in the field. We offer on-the-job training and accommodation options for our employees.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting in preparing surfaces for plastering, including cleaning, sanding, and priming
- Mixing plaster materials according to specific ratios
- Applying plaster to surfaces using trowels or sprayers
- Smoothing and shaping plaster to achieve desired texture and finish
- Repairing damaged or cracked plaster surfaces
- Cleaning tools and work area after each job

Requirements:
- No prior experience necessary, but some knowledge of construction or building materials is preferred
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Willingness to learn from experienced professionals
