Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate lathes and other machinery to produce precision parts
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine specifications
- Use various tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to measure finished pieces
- Inspect finished parts for quality control purposes
- Make adjustments as necessary to ensure accuracy of final products
- Maintain equipment by performing regular maintenance tasks
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Turner or in a similar role
- Proficient in using lathes and other metalworking machinery
- Strong technical skills with the ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
- Attention to detail with a focus on producing precise parts
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Good physical stamina as the job requires standing for extended periods of time, lifting heavy materials, etc.
