Preservation Architect



As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures in the city of Herning. You will work closely with clients, local authorities, and other professionals to ensure that the buildings are preserved in their original state while also meeting modern safety and accessibility standards. Your duties will include conducting thorough assessments of historical structures, creating preservation plans, overseeing restoration projects, and consulting with historians and conservation experts.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of historical architecture and building materials. You should also have excellent project management skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. A degree in architecture or a related field is required, along with at least 3 years of experience in preservation or restoration work.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1100 per month. While accommodation is not provided, our company can assist with finding suitable housing options in Herning.
