Preservation Architect

We are hiring a Preservation Architect to join our growing team in Herning, Denmark. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures. Your role will involve conducting thorough research, creating preservation plans, and overseeing restoration projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on historical buildings and structures
- Create preservation plans for different types of structures
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and vision for the project
- Oversee restoration projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with other professionals such as engineers and contractors
- Ensure that all work meets safety standards and follows local regulations
- Maintain accurate records of all projects and expenses

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in preservation architecture
- Extensive knowledge of historical preservation techniques and materials
- Strong attention to detail and ability to conduct thorough research
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in relevant software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations

Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Location:
The job is located in Herning, Denmark. Candidates must be willing to relocate if necessary.
