Commercial Architect

We are in need of a highly skilled Commercial Architect to join our team in Herning. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and industrial complexes. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all necessary regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their needs and vision for the project
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to develop cost-effective solutions
- Review project progress and make necessary adjustments to designs
- Oversee construction process to ensure quality and accuracy of work
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- 3+ years of experience in commercial architecture
- Extensive knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team

This is a part-time position offering a salary of $900 per month. Accommodation will not be provided, but we can assist with finding suitable housing. We also offer free visa sponsorship and relocation assistance.
