We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Herning, Denmark. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office spaces, retail stores, and industrial facilities.

Your main duties will include creating detailed drawings and plans, conducting site visits and inspections, collaborating with clients and contractors, and ensuring that projects meet all safety, budget, and quality standards. You will also need to stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations, as well as incorporate sustainable design principles into your work.

To excel in this role, you should have a degree in Architecture or a related field and at least 5 years of experience working on commercial projects. You should also have excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and other team members.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- 5+ years of experience working on commercial projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
