Commercial Architect



We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Herning. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office spaces, retail stores, and restaurants. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for commercial buildings
- Create detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Oversee the construction process and make necessary adjustments to ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Commercial Architect
- Strong knowledge of CAD software and other design tools
- Familiarity with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Creative thinking

Preferred:
- Experience working on international projects
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices
Salary: $1100 per month

Contract job: This is a contract position for an initial period of 1 year with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Experience required: The candidate must have at least 3 years of experience working as a Commercial Architect.

Visa sponsorship: We provide visa sponsorship for qualified candidates who require it.

Location preference: The ideal candidate would be based in or willing to relocate to Herning, but we are open to considering candidates from other locations.
