Industrial Architect

As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop designs that meet their requirements. Your role will involve creating detailed drawings and blueprints, selecting materials and equipment, and overseeing construction processes. You must have experience in industrial architecture and a strong understanding of building codes and regulations. This is a contract position based in Herning, Denmark, with no accommodation provided. The salary for this role is 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and objectives
- Develop industrial building designs that are functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Select appropriate materials and equipment for each project
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Oversee construction processes to ensure designs are implemented correctly
- Monitor project progress and make any necessary adjustments to designs
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail

Preferred:
- Experience working on international projects
