Senior Industrial Architect

As a Senior Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities in the city of Herning. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop plans that meet their requirements while adhering to budget and timeline constraints.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in industrial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to think creatively

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts for industrial buildings and facilities based on client requirements
- Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using AutoCAD and other design software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise
- Review construction plans to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and gather feedback

We are looking for a highly skilled individual who is passionate about creating functional, efficient, and visually appealing industrial spaces.
