Architecture Manager


As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of architectural projects in our company located in Herning, Denmark. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule. This is a part-time position with a salary of $1600 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects and designers throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project proposals
- Oversee the design process and ensure that all architectural plans meet necessary codes and regulations
- Create detailed budgets and timelines for each project and monitor progress to ensure on-time completion
- Review and approve all architectural drawings, ensuring accuracy and feasibility
- Manage communication between clients, contractors, and team members to keep all parties informed of project status
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address any issues, and make necessary adjustments
- Handle any problems or delays that may arise during the project implementation phase

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work weekends or evenings when necessary

Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with commercial or residential projects
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices
- Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) software
