Architecture Manager



As an Architecture Manager, you will oversee and manage all architectural projects in our company. You will be responsible for leading a team of architects, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will also be required to communicate effectively with clients, provide guidance and support to your team members, and collaborate with other departments within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee all architectural projects in the company
- Lead a team of architects and provide guidance and support as needed
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure smooth project delivery
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in architecture
- Train and mentor junior architects to develop their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving goals
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in relevant software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

This position is located in Herning. Candidates must have their own visa or be eligible to work without accommodation. Students are also welcome to apply.

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary package starting at $1500 per month. The exact salary will be based on qualifications and experience.
