Part-Time Architecture Manager
City: Herning, Denmark


We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Herning on a part-time basis. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects, ensuring their successful completion within the given timeline and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and budgets in collaboration with clients and project stakeholders
- Lead a team of architects and designers to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Manage project schedules and resources to ensure timely completion
- Monitor project costs and make necessary adjustments to stay within budget
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architectural Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, construction methods, and building codes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
