Architecture Manager

As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the architectural design process for various projects in the city of Herning. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with clients to understand their needs and preferences, developing design concepts and proposals, and ensuring that all designs meet building codes and regulations. You will also be responsible for managing a team of architects and designers, delegating tasks, and providing guidance and support as needed. Your experience in the field will be crucial in ensuring the successful completion of projects within budget and on schedule. This is a full-time position that requires previous experience in architecture management and a thorough understanding of architectural principles and practices. Accommodation is not provided, so applicants should have their own visa to work in Herning.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month.

City: Herning, Denmark (preference for Danish or EU nationals)

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Minimum 3 years of experience in architecture management
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent project management skills
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.
- Ability to lead a team and delegate tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
