Part-Time Architecture Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Architecture Manager to oversee our team of architects in our Herning location. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural principles, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work independently. This is a part-time position with the flexibility to work on evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all architectural projects in the Herning office
- Oversee a team of architects and provide guidance and support as needed
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Review project proposals, contracts, and other documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and other legal requirements
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, advancements in technology, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in architecture or construction management
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, design techniques, and building materials
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in AutoCAD or similar software
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
