Architecture Manager

We are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Herning, Denmark. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and are completed within budget and timeline constraints. You will also be responsible for managing a team of architects and coordinating with other departments such as engineering and construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This is a full-time role with accommodation provided for non-local candidates.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively with other departments
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design and construction of architectural projects from conception to completion
- Ensure all projects meet client requirements, budget constraints, and timeline expectations
- Manage a team of architects, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate with other departments such as engineering, construction, and interior design
- Review drawings, specifications, and designs for accuracy and compliance with building codes
- Prepare project proposals, estimates, schedules, contracts, and other documentation as needed
- Monitor project progress regularly to identify any issues or delays that may arise
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or changes in scope
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, materials, and techniques related to architecture
