As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction process of various architectural projects in Herning, Denmark. Your role will involve leading a team of architects and ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Lead a team of architects and coordinate with other departments.
- Review design proposals and provide feedback to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Monitor construction progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Extensive knowledge of architecture principles, building codes, and construction methods.
- Proficient in using relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, etc.
- Fluent in English (Danish is a plus).
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
