A reputable architecture firm in Herning is seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a biometric passport and possess a deep understanding of architectural principles, design techniques, and construction methods. They should also have strong leadership skills and be able to effectively manage and coordinate projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for various architectural projects, including creating conceptual designs, developing detailed plans, and overseeing construction.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success.
- Conduct site visits for project evaluations and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on best practices and industry standards.
- Stay up-to-date with new trends and technologies in the architecture field.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and team members.
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
