Personal Trainer

As a Personal Trainer, you will provide individualized fitness programs and instruction to clients in the city of Herning. You will work on a contract basis, with the potential for long-term employment. Your responsibilities will include conducting fitness assessments, creating personalized workout plans, providing nutritional guidance, and monitoring client progress. Your primary duties as a Personal Trainer will include conducting initial consultations with clients to discuss their fitness goals, medical history, and exercise preferences. You will also provide nutritional guidance and create meal plans based on individual dietary requirements.

In addition to developing exercise programs, you will be responsible for leading one-on-one training sessions with clients to ensure proper form and technique while performing exercises. You should have a thorough understanding of human anatomy to help prevent injuries during workouts. During these sessions, you will also monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to their program as needed.

As a Personal Trainer, it is essential that you have strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and keep them motivated throughout their fitness journey.
