Seasonal Executive Chef
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Executive Chef to join our team for a seasonal position in Herning, Denmark. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Create and design menu items that reflect local flavors and ingredients
- Manage and train kitchen staff, including cooks, servers, and dishwashers
- Ensure a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Oversee inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Monitor food costs and maintain budget
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain high standards of food presentation and service
- Implement new techniques and processes to improve efficiency in the kitchen
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume environment
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations
- Ability to create innovative menu items while maintaining cost efficiency
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train others
- Biometric passport for international travel is preferred but not required
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this seasonal position.
