Part-Time Restaurant Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time Restaurant Manager to join our team in Herning. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and train staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Create schedules and monitor employee attendance
- Oversee food and beverage inventory and order supplies
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Monitor financial performance and make adjustments as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train employees
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.
