Barista - Coffee Connoisseur

As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages to our customers. You must have a passion for coffee and a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, managing inventory, and ensuring all equipment is in working order.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience as a Barista is preferred but not required as we are willing to train the right candidate. This position is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about coffee and wants to grow their skills in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee beverages according to established recipes
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and handling complaints
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times
- Manage inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, etc.
- Ensure all equipment is cleaned and maintained properly
- Train new team members on coffee preparation techniques
- Promote new products and special offers to customers

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Passion for coffee and providing excellent customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience as a Barista preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, roasts, and brewing methods is a plus

Salary:
Starting salary of $1000 per month with potential for growth based on performance.

Location:
Herning, Denmark - accommodation provided if needed.
