Crane Operator

The Crane Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of cranes in a safe and efficient manner. This role requires a high level of technical expertise and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating both mobile and stationary cranes, as well as the ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams.

Responsibilities:
- Operate cranes to lift, move, position, and place materials or objects
- Inspect crane for any defects or malfunctions before and after use
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating the crane
- Communicate with ground crew to ensure safe movement of materials
- Read and interpret blueprints, load charts, and other technical documents
- Perform routine maintenance on the crane as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid crane operator license/certification (depending on location)
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating mobile and stationary cranes
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills
- Physical ability to perform tasks associated with crane operation (lifting, bending, climbing)
- Basic understanding of mechanics and hydraulics

Location: This position is located in Herning but may require travel to different job sites within the region.

Salary: $1800 per month (salary may vary based on experience)

Working Hours: This is a full-time position with working hours varying based on project needs. Must be willing to work weekends if necessary.
