Construction Manager


As a Construction Manager in Herning, Denmark, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate construction projects from conception to completion
- Manage project budgets and schedules
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations
- Hire and manage contractors and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make adjustments as needed
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in project management software (e.g. MS Project)
- Fluency in Danish is preferred but not required

Salary:
The salary for this position is 900$ per month.
