Office Assistant - Herning, Denmark
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Herning, Denmark. As the Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to all departments
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Maintain office supply inventory and order supplies as needed
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and repairs
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Perform data entry and update databases as necessary
- Other general office duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
- Proven experience in an administrative or support role preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.
