Office Assistant
The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to the office team in Herning. This position is suitable for men who do not have prior experience but are willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. The salary for this position is 1100$ per month and accommodation will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Assist with data entry and record keeping tasks
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the office team
- Greet clients and visitors and provide them with necessary information
- Assist with preparing documents, reports, and presentations
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in an administrative or office support role would be an advantage but not required
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles would be beneficial
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. The office is located in Herning, Denmark.
