Contract Merchandiser

As a Contract Merchandiser, you will be responsible for developing and implementing merchandising strategies that drive sales and enhance the overall customer shopping experience. You will work closely with the merchandising team to analyze sales data, forecast trends, and create visual displays that effectively promote products. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and identifying new opportunities to improve product placement. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in merchandising, strong analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail. This is a contract position based in Herning, Denmark and requires a biometric passport.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales
- Analyze sales data and forecast trends to identify new opportunities
- Create visually appealing displays that effectively promote products
- Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers
- Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Identify areas for improvement in product placement and make recommendations
- Stay updated on industry trends and make suggestions for product selection
- Monitor customer feedback to make adjustments as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in merchandising or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Biometric passport required for international travel

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
